Spring Dance 2022

A Time for Hope

Hebrews 6:19 "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure."

We are so excited for another semester of interpretive dance at the Catoosa Homeschool Co-op.  Interpretive dance is a style of worship dance that utilizes sign language, interpretive movement and dance moves (from all forms of dance) in a way that uses the whole body to worship God.

Deuteronomy 6:5 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength."

Who can participate? The spring dance ministry is available to all homeschool girls from ages 5 to 19.

The summer dance camp that we offer is open to all children, boys and girls, regardless of school type.

When are the dance classes? Classes will be each Monday, beginning March 7th, and go through May 16th.  There will be a final recital for friends and family to come watch on Friday, May 20th, at 7pm.

Ages 5-14 will have class from 1-155pm.  Ages 15-19 will have class from 2-255pm.

*Class placement is based on age and previous experience with the dance ministry. Please let Mindy know on the registration page if you have any special requests.

Where will dance classes be held? New Heights Baptist Church on Ooltewah Ringgold Road has been gracious enough to allow us to have our dance classes at their fantastic facility.

How much do the classes cost?  The class is $60 per child with a max of $240 per family.  There is a $5 fee for new families that includes an informational packet.
